Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders valued above SGD $150 are entitled to free shipping. Otherwise, a shipping fee of SGD $2 and $7 will be charged for orders to Indonesia and Singapore respectively.

Currently, we only ship within Indonesia and Singapore. If you would like to make an order to other countries, please drop us an email at unbridled.dresses@gmail.com for us to evaluate the feasibility of such an arrangement.

Cancellation Policy:

If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 3 days of your order without any penalty charges by informing us of your decision by email at unbridled.dresses@gmail.com. Please note that after the 3-day grace period, a $20 fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded within 30 days to the same account used for your original purchase.

Returns Policy:

Please email us at unbridled.dresses@gmail.com if you would like to return our dresses. We will send you the respective addresses for return within Singapore and Indonesia. You are solely responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

In order for the dresses to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• They were purchased in the last 30 days from the requested refund date

• They are in their original packaging

• They have not been worn out, bear no stains or scuffs, are not discoloured, have not had their fabric compromised in any way, and don't smell

The following cannot be returned:

• Dresses that have been customised and outside of our standard sizes

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any dresses that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We will reimburse you the full amount of eligible dresses (without shipping costs, if applicable) no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods to the same account used for your original purchase.
